Meet Carla & Jamie

Hi!  We are Carla and Jamie and we launched The Wellness Rooms in July 2023. 

We met in November 2022 as individual practitioners, both in private practice working from our therapy room in Tavistock. Over time, as we got to know each other we realised we shared similar feelings around the nature of working solo in private practice. We agreed that we would both value feeling part of a community of professionals within the health and wellbeing field and we wondered if others would too. The opportunity arose for us to create a space for such a community to call home...The Wellness Rooms. A carefully curated range of therapy rooms in Tavistock. 

As well as offering beautifully presented therapy rooms available for long term or ad hoc rental by the hour, half day or full day, The Wellness Rooms also serves as a community. We are keen to help other professionals to promote and develop themselves and their chosen fields of therapy. We offer opportunities for the community to come together quarterly throughout the year and we actively promote all members of our community through our website and our socials.
